You’ll receive an invitation to join our Bar Belle Fitness app (in a, where you’ll complete your consultation form before we meet. It’s where you tell me your story — what’s worked, what hasn’t, what you’re tired of, and what you actually want. The more honest you are, the more powerful your consult will be. 

Please complete your form at least 24 hours prior to your appointment so we can use your time intentionally. In our app you will find a pdf to help you prepare for our meeting!
