For more than 15 years, I've worked with real women.
The women who've tried every diet.
The women who feel like they're "bad at consistency."
The women who are exhausted from starting over.
My work is centered around helping women build a stronger body, a healthier relationship with food, and a greater sense of confidence in themselves.

I help women:
• Build strength safely and confidently
• Repair their relationship with food and movement
• Navigate injuries, pain, hormonal changes, and burnout
• Understand how their bodies actually work instead of constantly fighting against them
• Create sustainable habits that fit real life
My coaching philosophy is rooted in science, compassion, and practicality.
I take a strength-first, evidence-based approach to fitness and nutrition while recognizing that progress is influenced by far more than sets, reps, and calories. Recovery, stress, sleep, hormones, mindset, and life circumstances all matter.
I believe in:
• Progressive strength training
• Flexible, sustainable nutrition
• Client education and empowerment
• Consistency over intensity
• Meeting clients exactly where they are
Over the years, I've coached everyone from complete beginners to competitive athletes.
I've worked with postpartum women, women navigating perimenopause and menopause, clients recovering from injury, individuals managing metabolic conditions, and those undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment.
Different bodies.
Different goals.
Different seasons of life.
The mission remains the same:
To help women feel capable, strong, and supported in their own bodies.
All ages, fitness levels, body sizes, and backgrounds are welcome here.
As your coach, I'll challenge you when it's time to grow, support you when life gets difficult, and guide you every step of the way.
Because true transformation isn't about becoming someone else.
It's about becoming more of who you already are.

Andrea brings a lifelong passion for athletics, coaching, and personal growth to the Bar Belle team.
A competitive athlete from a young age, Andrea spent years playing basketball and soccer before transitioning into coaching youth recreational basketball and soccer.
Her love for movement and performance continued into adulthood, culminating in the completion of the Pittsburgh Half Marathon in 2023. Through sports, endurance training, and strength training, she has developed a deep appreciation for the physical and mental benefits of an active lifestyle.
Andrea holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Education and a Master's degree in K–12 School Counseling. Her educational background allows her to connect with clients on a deeper level, understanding that success in fitness is about more than workouts alone. Confidence, mindset, consistency, and self-belief all play an important role in achieving lasting results.
At Bar Belle, Andrea works with both adults and youth athletes, helping clients develop strength, improve fitness, build healthy habits, and gain confidence in their abilities. Her experience coaching children and adolescents has given her a special passion for helping young athletes learn proper movement patterns, develop athletic skills, and build a positive relationship with exercise from an early age.
Known for her supportive and encouraging coaching style, Andrea strives to create an environment where every client feels welcomed, capable, and empowered.
Whether someone is training for improved health, increased strength, athletic performance, or simply greater confidence, she is committed to helping them discover what they are capable of achieving.
When she's not coaching, Andrea enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, exploring nature, and staying active with her family and dogs. Her love for movement, balance, and personal growth is reflected in everything she brings to the Bar Belle community.

After earning her Personal Training Certification, Casandra joined the Bar Belle Fitness team with a passion for helping women discover their own strength and confidence through fitness.
Her journey with Bar Belle began more than nine years ago when she started training with Eve in her basement studio. What began as a personal commitment to improve her health eventually became a life-changing experience that inspired her to help others achieve the same transformation.
Like many women, Casandra understands firsthand the challenges of balancing health and fitness with the demands of work, family, motherhood, and everyday life. Her own experience taught her that lasting change comes from consistency, better nutrition, and choices that support long-term health and well-being.
As a coach, she is passionate about creating a supportive, judgment-free environment where every client feels capable of success and proud of the progress they make along the way.
Her story is a reminder that change is possible, and that strength comes in many forms. She is honored to walk alongside clients as they work toward becoming healthier, stronger, and more confident versions of themselves.
Strength training isn't just for athletes or fitness enthusiasts—it's for everyone.
With extensive education and hands-on experience, we've helped women navigate everything from back pain and joint issues to cancer recovery, PMOS (formally PCOS), metabolic conditions, and the challenges of everyday life.
We understand that walking into a gym can feel intimidating, especially if you've been hurt, discouraged, or told that fitness just isn't for you.
That's why Bar Belle was built differently.
We provide expert coaching in a welcoming, judgment-free environment where women can feel safe, supported, and empowered to become stronger—physically and mentally.
Wherever you're starting from, we're here to help you take the next step. One workout, one habit, and one victory at a time.
