Real Strength. Sustainable Results. No Judgement
Women-only gym where progress is supported, not rushed — and every starting point is respected.
Women-only gym where progress is supported, not rushed — and every starting point is respected.
Exercise Physiologist, Nationally Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, and specialize in women’s health, rehabilitation, and long-term behavior change — not quick fixes.
I have spent 10+ years working with real women -
The ones who’ve tried everything.
The ones who feel like they’re “bad at consistency.”
The ones who are tired of starting over.
My work centers on helping women:
I take a strength-first, evidence-based approach to fitness and nutrition, with deep respect for the nervous system, recovery, and real life.
I don’t believe in punishment workouts, rigid meal plans, or coaching through shame or pain.
I do believe in:
Over the years, I’ve worked with beginners and athletes.
Postpartum clients and women navigating perimenopause and menopause.
Clients recovering from injury, managing metabolic conditions, or moving through cancer treatments.
Different bodies. Different seasons of life.
Always the same goal:
To help women feel capable, strong, and supported in their own bodies.
Bar Belle was created to be a space where women can train without fear, fuel without guilt, and finally build something sustainable — physically and mentally.
This isn’t about chasing a smaller body.
It’s about building a stronger one — and a healthier relationship with it.
Eve’s Philosophy
“Women are strong — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
But many of us don’t recognize that strength in ourselves.
My role is to help you reconnect with the strength you already possess — and learn how to use it in a way that supports your life, not controls it.
My purpose is simple, but deeply meaningful:
To help women realize they are strong in every sense of the word, and to rebuild the confidence so many of us quietly lose along the way.”
Bar Belle is a fully equipped, women-only gym designed for privacy, comfort, and safety.
No intimidation.
No judgment.
No pressure to “fit in.”
Women of all ages, sizes, fitness levels, and backgrounds are welcome here.
Why I Became a Personal Trainer
“After experiencing multiple miscarriages, I found myself feeling disconnected from my body and stripped of the confidence I once had.
It was a painful chapter — one that many women recognize in their own way.
Grief. Loss. Burnout. Stress. Life changes.
At some point, many of us experience a moment where we no longer recognize ourselves.
Through strength training and intentional movement, I slowly rebuilt my relationship with my body. Exercise became the tool that helped me reclaim confidence, capability, and self-trust.
That experience shaped how I coach.
My mission is to help women do the same — not by pushing harder, but by learning to work with their bodies.”
With years of success and experience, our head trainer, Eve is capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Eve will challenge you when it’s time to push, support you when you need space, and guide you toward a stronger version of yourself .
Andrea brings a lifelong love of sport, movement, and people to Bar Belle.
A competitive athlete from a young age, Andrea grew up playing basketball and soccer and later coached both recreational soccer and basketball. In 2023, she completed the Pittsburgh Half Marathon, continuing to challenge herself physically while deepening her appreciation for what the body can do when it’s trained with intention and care.
Andrea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in education, as well as a Master’s degree in K–12 School Counseling. Her background gives her a unique ability to support not just physical growth, but confidence, mindset, and personal development—skills that are just as important in the gym as they are in life.
Outside the gym, Andrea feels most at home in nature, especially outdoors in the woods. That love for movement, fresh air, and balance shows up in how she coaches: supportive, encouraging, and deeply invested in each person’s journey.
Andi is passionate about helping people build strength, discover their capabilities, and grow—both physically and personally—and she’s excited to be part of the Bar Belle community.
With vast education and experience training clients of all levels and working with a multitude different conditions:
